Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Free Shipping on Returns Policy
If there is a problem with a product, please allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us regarding any items that you would like to return or exchange.
Free return labels can be generated up to 30 days after you receive your order. If you're within the 30 day window from delivery, you can request a return label by contact us.
Our full return policy is as follows:
- Products are available for return/exchange, however some will offer a store credit only .including personalized products, beds, toys, bully sticks, rawhides, and treats.
- We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information for their pet are not eligible for a free return
- Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt, but can take up to 1-2 weeks
- Our free return program is available to addresses in the United States only Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. It must also be in the original packaging.
The 30 day warranty only covers defective products. If your pet does not like the product or you have ordered the wrong size/color, we grant you a 20% discount on your repeat purchase.Â
Typing errors in personalized products will only be exchanged if the error was caused by us. Please pay attention to what you type.Â

STORE CREDIT (if applicable)
A notification email will be sent out when a store credit is processed. If you are returning an item for store credit it will be reviewed upon receipt and a credit will be issued if approved.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if applicable)
We will replace items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item to support@yocopet.com within 24 hours after delivery for review.
